The relationship between a son and a father (or these days, a step-father, foster-father or even grandfather) is a very special relationship.  Much of what we know and observe about this relationship we learn from the Scriptural relationship between God the Father and God the Son, Jesus.  The point is, the best example of what a man should be and is comes from that special relationship.  When men are too busy, or absent, to be a visual and audible presence in the life of their son, the son can suffer.  Thankfully, many young men and boys have good relationships with other men when their fathers are gone who can give the truth to what it means to be a “man.”  Here are seven ways a father can bring wisdom to a son:
